What do you need to set up at a Brentwood home?
A parking spot and a corner of the yard or driveway for the tent. The station is self-contained — we don't need your kitchen or your power.
A live churro station for backyards, benefits and big birthdays.
Brentwood entertains at home — garden parties off San Vicente, milestone birthdays, school fundraisers and team banquets. A live churro station gives those events a centerpiece: guests watch the dough hit the oil, pick their finish, and eat something that did not come off a catering tray. The tent is self-contained; we need a parking spot and a corner of the yard, not your kitchen.
We price it flat per person with a 100-guest minimum, and we book any day of the week. The recipe is the one we bought from a retired churrero in Madrid — original Spanish dough, incidentally vegan — served with cinnamon sugar and a spread of seven dipping sauces plus Häagen-Dazs cups if you want the full build.
Under the minimum? Our stand sits fifteen minutes south at National & Sawtelle: order 65-churro party platters ($50 each) for any day of the week — pickup on booth nights, delivery for a small fee otherwise.
The party platter is how Brentwood orders from us: 65 fresh churros for $50, any day of the week — pick up at the stand during booth hours, or we deliver for a small fee whenever the stand is closed. Going bigger? We also bring the tent and fryer and serve hot churros on-site for events of 100+ guests.

100 guests, priced flat per person, any day of the week. Below that, party platters — 65 churros for $50 — cover birthdays and smaller gatherings: pickup during booth hours, or delivery for a small fee outside them.
The dough is the original Spanish recipe — no eggs, no dairy, no lard — so it's vegan as-is. Guests choose their finish and sauce, and dairy only appears in specific sauces like lechera.
Yes — team banquets, fundraisers and school celebrations are regular bookings. Same format: fried on-site, per-person pricing, 100-guest minimum.
