Dessert tables wilt in ocean air; a churro station doesn't. We set up our tent and fryer at Santa Monica weddings, beachside birthdays and company parties, and hand every guest a churro that's still hot — rolled in cinnamon sugar right in front of them. It beats a tray of anything that's been sitting since noon.
The format is built for event planning: flat per-person pricing, a 100-guest minimum, and availability seven days a week — booth hours don't limit catering dates. The dough is the original Spanish recipe, made without eggs, dairy, or lard, so vegan guests eat from the same fryer as everyone else. Seven dipping sauces ride along, chocolate to guava to lechera.
For smaller Santa Monica gatherings, our 65-churro party platters ($50) order for any day with a little notice — a fifteen-minute pickup at National & Sawtelle on booth nights, or delivered for a small fee when we're closed.
