Party platters
65 churros for $50, any day of the week. Pick up at the stand during booth hours, or we deliver for a distance-based delivery fee (from $20) on any other day. Two or three platters cover most parties.
Sauces not included — add dipping sauces ($1) and Häagen-Dazs cups ($3) per serving. Leftovers reheat in an air fryer in a few minutes.

Full-service catering
From $9 per person. We set up the tent and fryer at your venue and fry live for the whole event window. Every guest gets 6 fresh churros and 1 dipping sauce, in any finish — plain, cinnamon sugar, or powdered sugar.
100-guest minimum ($900). Please book at least one week ahead. Bookable any day of the week.
Expecting more than 100 but not sure everyone will want a churro? Book the 100-guest minimum — we bring extra boxes and bill only the difference for what's actually served, settled at the end of the event.

Booking lead time
Please book at least one week ahead. Earlier is better for weekend dates. Party platters need less notice.
Dietary
The dough is the original Spanish recipe: no eggs, no dairy, no lard — vegan by default, not by substitution. Our fryer is used for churros only, nothing else. Dairy appears only in certain sauces (lechera, chocolate, cajeta); the fruit sauces — guava, strawberry, blueberry — and coconut are vegan-friendly. That covers most dietary lists on a production call sheet without a special order.

Full-service catering starts at $9 per person with a 100-guest minimum, so events start at $900. That covers the tent, the fryer, a churrero frying to order, and 6 fresh churros and 1 dipping sauce for every guest. Under 100 guests, order party platters instead: 65 churros for $50 each, with sauces ($1) and Häagen-Dazs cups ($3) added per serving.
What if I have more than 100 guests but not everyone will eat?
Expecting more than 100 but not sure everyone will want a churro? Book the 100-guest minimum — we bring extra boxes and bill only the difference for what's actually served, settled at the end of the event. You only commit to the minimum up front.

Where do you cater?
Across Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties. Tell us the venue address in the quote request and we'll confirm it in the quote.
How far ahead do I need to book?
At least one week. Earlier is better for weekend dates. Party platters are more flexible — a day or two of notice is usually enough.
What does each guest get?
6 fresh churros and 1 dipping sauce — fried on-site and finished the way they like it: plain, rolled in cinnamon sugar, or dusted in powdered sugar. Sauces are chocolate, caramel (cajeta), guava, strawberry, blueberry, coconut, or lechera.
